Return and Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

1. A consumer who has concluded a distance sales contract has the right to withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in this Policy.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by e-mail at info@instytut-higieny-cyfrowej.pl.

2. Return of goods and exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts: * for the provision of services, if the service provider has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer (e.g., a completed online consultation or workshop), * for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the Consumer's prior express consent, * for personalized or custom-made goods.

3. Refund of payments

1. In the event of an effective withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received promptly, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement.
2. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different return method.
